• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery time: 3–7 working days (depending on your location).
• We use trusted courier partners. Delays from courier side are not in our control.
• Tracking details are sent via WhatsApp or SMS after dispatch.

💵 3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is available in most cities/towns of Pakistan.
• A Rs. 200 advance may be required to confirm your order.
• Please ensure availability to receive your parcel.
• Fake orders, wrong info, or refusing parcels may lead to a permanent block.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

🔁 4. Return & Exchange Policy – 7 Days Policy

We want you to shop with confidence! You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:

✅ You received the:

• Wrong product
• Defective or damaged product
• Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

📸 Proof Required:

• Opening video of the parcel (with clear view of parcel code) is mandatory.
• Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging for validation.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges:

• Customer bears the return cost unless the mistake is from our side.

📌 No exchange will be processed after 7 days.

💸 5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only if:

• There’s a valid issue and opening video (with parcel code) is shared as proof.
• Refund is not provided without proof, even if there’s a genuine claim.
• In eligible cases, customers may receive a refund, replacement, or store credit.
